1. Change password

The original password is the last six digits of passport (letter replace by 0). For the safe of your account, please change the password by using ZiXunTong when you get the card.

2. Report the loss

When you lost your smartcard, two ways to report the loss.

1） Using ZiXunTong

2） Voice service: 81353262 (follow the guidance)

3. Reissue

After reporting the loss of the card, you need to carry a valid ID to obtain a new card. The fee payable will be 10 Yuan.

Note: 1）Within 7 days after reporting the loss of card, if you obtain a new card, you need to charge it before consume, and you will use ZiXunTong to add your original balance to new card in 7 days.

2）In 7 days after reporting the loss of card, if you obtain the new card, the original balance will add to new card automatically.
